Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.
How to order
Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.
We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : $30 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $250.

    The Korean delivery system can be delivered only if you fill out the name, address, and phone number of the order.
    If the phone number is not entered, delivery may be holding.
    Please leave us your phone numbers when ordering.

    ⭐ Shipping will take about 14 – 30 days.

    - Delivery time can be delay due to COVID-19 and we cannot sure how long it will be.

    -We know that you are waiting your package you ordered for a long time. However, the overseas delivery needs quite long time.
    To reduce the delivery date as much as possible, we send your package immediately on the day you ordered or the next day.
    Since then, it needs 4th to 7th more days to get a tracking number. During this period, you couldn’t track your package online, and even if you can't see the delivery number, your package has already been sent to the courier company, so you can't cancel it anymore.
    Please make sure to check this and order.

    -When delivering overseas from the Korea head office, we send it in a plastic bag for delivery.
    If it is packaged in a paper box and shipped overseas, tariffs and delivery costs will increase too much.
    So please understand that we are sending it in a plastic bag for delivery without using a paper box.

    -If the product you ordered does not arrive within a month, please make sure to track the delivery.
    Even if the delivery period is over a month, it is difficult to track the delivery of items that have not arrived, so the courier or headquarters are not responsible.
    Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    -In case of delivery incidents such as loss or damage, we ONLY have access until the package is received by the local courier in your country.
    Once the parcel is handed over to the local courier in your country and delivery confirmation is received, we CAN NOT access to further information, making it impossible for us to assist you.
    So please contact the respective courier in your country directly for incidents occurring in local delivery of your country.
    Otherwise, if the incident happened before it handed to the local courier or else, we will do our best to help you.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Overseas shipping products are never exchanged or returned.

Currently, overseas shipping charges are rising rapidly, and tax-related problems are occurring when exchanging or returning goods.
Therefore, please keep in mind that overseas shipments are never exchanged or returned.
Read the instructions below and purchase carefully.

Even though we announced it, if you are still responsible for the shipping cost and want to exchange or return it, please make sure to read the notice below and check it.

1. All shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
-The shipping fee varies by country and weight, and it is at least $100 (USD) to $400 (USD).

2. Tax-related issues vary from country to country, and the buyer must be responsible for them.

3. Even if it is a designated country for free shipping, customers who want to return must pay all costs, including fee for 'free shipping' .
This means that the shipping fee sent from Korea will be additionally charged to the customer.
-Shipping varies by country and weight, and it costs at least $100 (USD) to $400 (USD).

4. After a week from the date of receipt of the product, you cannot apply for an exchange or return,
and if the tag has been removed, it will be considered as used, so you cannot exchange or return it.

1. Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

2. We do not accept return(s) if:
-you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, etc.)
-you are returning shoes, bags, or any other accessories
-the products are damaged due to your mishandling
-your return request is not approved by our staff

3. The following items are not considered defective:
- Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
- Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
- Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

4. Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.

< If there is a missing item from your order >

1.Contact our customer service center by phone or by forum (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.

2.Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

*Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.
Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
